Help Ahmed and His Family Survive in Gaza My name is Ahmed. I’m 17 years old and living in Gaza with my parents and four younger siblings. We are a family of seven, and right now, we are facing the worst crisis of our lives.
The ongoing conflict has destroyed our home and turned our entire world upside down. We were forced to flee with almost nothing — no shelter, no food, and no clean water. Each day is a painful struggle for survival.
Before the war, I was focused on school and had dreams of becoming a doctor to help my community. But since the violence escalated, my only focus has been to keep my family safe and alive. We now live in unstable conditions, without even the basics most people take for granted.
There is no food security. We depend on very limited humanitarian aid — which often doesn’t reach us in time or in enough quantity. Water is scarce and often contaminated. We sleep in unsafe and overcrowded places. Each night we go to sleep hoping to wake up to peace, but instead, we wake up to more fear and devastation.
That’s why I’m asking for your help.
We are raising funds to support my family through this crisis and provide for our most urgent needs:
Basic food supplies (rice, bread, canned goods, cooking oil) Clean drinking water Hygiene products and medicines Temporary shelter and warm clothes Safe transportation if evacuation becomes possible This campaign is our only hope. Every donation will go directly toward helping my family survive each day and stay healthy. If we raise more than we need for our immediate survival, we will also use the funds to help other displaced families around us who are suffering just as much.
I know that many people are struggling around the world, but even a small donation — the price of a cup of coffee — can help us buy a loaf of bread or a bottle of clean water.
If you are unable to donate, you can still help by sharing our story. Just one share can lead to a donation that could save a life.
We’re not asking for luxury — we’re asking for survival. Your kindness can bring us one step closer to safety, dignity, and hope.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story. Your support, no matter how big or small, will mean everything to us.
